Goket Delivery ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of our Delivery Partners. This Privacy Policy explains how your information is collected, used, and disclosed when you use the Goket Delivery Partner mobile application (the "App").
1. Information We Collect
We collect information necessary to facilitate logistics and ensure the safety of our delivery network:
- Identity & Contact Data: Name, phone number, and email address provided during your onboarding.
- Location Data (Crucial): With your permission, we collect precise location data from your mobile device. This includes:
- Foreground Location: Used to show your position on maps and navigate to destinations.
- Background Location: We may collect your location even when the App is closed or not in use to provide real-time order tracking to customers and to calculate delivery distance for your earnings.
- Photo Library & Camera Access: We access your device's photo library or camera solely when you choose to:
- Upload a Payment QR code for your profile.
- Submit proof of delivery (if applicable).
- Device Information: Hardware model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers (for security and push notifications).
2. How We Use Your Information
- Logistics & Navigation: To assign orders based on your proximity and provide optimized driving directions.
- Customer Transparency: To allow customers to see the live progress of their delivery.
- Earnings & Verification: To verify that deliveries were completed at the correct location.
- Push Notifications: To alert you of new delivery opportunities, order updates, and account alerts via Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM).
- Security: To detect and prevent fraudulent activities or unauthorized access to your partner account.
3. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only as required to operate the service:
- With Customers: We share your name and live location only during an active delivery assigned to you.
- With Administrative Staff: Our support team accesses your data to resolve delivery disputes or technical issues.
- With Service Providers: We use trusted third-party services (e.g., Google Maps API for navigation, Firebase for notifications and analytics).
- Legal Compliance: We may disclose data if required by law or to protect the safety of our users and the public.
4. Your Rights & Data Control
- Location Permissions: You can manage location access via your device settings. Note: Disabling background location will prevent you from receiving new delivery tasks.
- Photo Access: You can revoke photo library access at any time, though this will prevent updating your Payment QR.
- Account Deletion (Apple Guideline 5.1.1(v)): You have the right to delete your account and all associated personal data.
- To request deletion, navigate to Profile > Account Settings > Delete Account within the App, or contact us at support@goket.delivery.
- Upon request, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., tax/audit records).
5. Data Security
We employ industry-standard encryption and security protocols (SSL/TLS) to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy periodically. Changes will be notified via the App or through the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
